- If you ever need to file a claim, log in to your 2-10 HBW portal and file there first
Our Process
- Homeowners have the option of scheduling a 90-day and/or an 11-month walkthrough with our Warranty Manager
- If you were to opt-in to either the 90-day or 11-month walkthrough, all claims need to be filed in your 2-10 HBW portal prior to your scheduled walkthrough
- Once all your claims have been filed, call 904.739.9121 and ask for the Warranty Department to schedule your walkthrough
