Committed to Broker Partnerships
Dostie Homes offers up to 3% of the contract price, as written, in co-op compensation on all home sales. Options and Extras chosen after the contract is signed are not eligible for co-op commission.
Partnering with Buyer’s Agents
Agents bringing a prospective buyer must have an executed compensation agreement as required per the NAR rules. In no instance will Dostie Homes pay more than the amount stated on the buyer's compensation agreement. Buyers will be responsible for any amount over and above the offered compensation. Agent must be disclosed to Dostie Homes and the compensation agreement must be presented prior to contract signing. The compensation agreement must also accompany the Dostie Homes commission slip when it is signed by the agent.
