Grand Leighton - Custom
The Grand Leighton is a two-story plan with four bedrooms, four full baths and one half bath, and a four-car garage (options exist to add an additional bedroom and full bath). The first floor includes the master and guest suites, as well as a huge kitchen that opens up into the gathering room and informal dining nook. The parlour, wine cellar, formal dining room and study surround the foyer. The second floor includes all additional bedrooms, an open view down to the foyer and covered entry, and a bonus room with an optional covered balcony.
